🙏🏻 Yesterday, again, I got to work with an amazing team of senior APAC leaders at their 2024 kick-off.

🙏🏻 Since last year’s kick-off, I got 8 workshops referred, total of 158 participants. More to come 🙏🏻.

Bought some of fav books and at yesterday’s workshop, they got to pick a book each 💜.

Most, if not all, of our work is referred to us and from come-back clients.

Thank you for sustaining and growing us…19 years 🙏🏻 and I’m feeling, ever grateful 💜.

💜 Re-learning to keep to my boundaries 🙆🏻‍♀️.
💜 To put work aside on Sundays ☀️.
💜 Much as I 💜 the work I do, self-care is important.
💜 So easy to teach this in a workshop 🧠 and yes! I too at times struggle to do this 😝.

💜 Taking my time to enjoy my coffee ☕️ and read the papers 📰 from front to end 🥰.
💜 Maybe I’ll prepare some lunch 🥗…do some gardening 👩🏻‍🌾…later 🥰.

This month, 18 years ago, I registered MAD Learning.sg.

Inspired especially by the 2 great teams I was privileged to lead at ECCO (now ADECCO) and COMAT, I was motivated to work with ‘other people’s teams’.

My initial intention was simply to improve relationships in teams for improved results.

Never ever would I have imagined that this ‘work’ would take us around the world..UK 🇬🇧 , Oman 🇴🇲 , China 🇨🇳 , Butan🇳🇵,India 🇮🇳 , Australia 🇦🇺 , Dubai 🇦🇪 , Vietnam 🇻🇳 , Malaysia 🇲🇾 , Indonesia 🇮🇩 …not just once, but multiple times 😍.

Never ever would I have imagine that we will get the opportunity to work with top organisations, not just once, but multiple occasions over many years 😍.

Did I have my fair share of failures & betrayals? You bet, but hey! I take the lessons and count my blessings 🙏🏻.

We’ve grown up 💪🏻. To now offer team and leadership development training, team & executive coaching, facilitation and organization-wide transformation initiatives.

What’s the same is that we are still a small team with shared-values, relentlessly focus on delivering results 🤩.

So yeah! I finally got around to update our website 🙏🏻…after 18 years 😅. It’s like 80% done 🥰.
