Singapore Youth Festival - SYF Welcome to the Singapore Youth Festival (S*F) official page of the Arts Education Branch

First launched on 18 July 1967 at the Jalan Besar Stadium by the late President Yusof Ishak, the Singapore Youth Festival (S*F) has since become an annual event organised by the Ministry of Education to celebrate the achievements of our youths in the co-curricular activities (CCA). Over the years, the S*F has evolved to reflect the changing times. It has seen the involvement of more than 30,000 students in the activities and performances each year. The S*F has been a fiesta for honing of skills, building friendship, strengthening bonds and a creating a common, shared experience for our youths. Starting in April with the S*F Arts Presentations (formerly known as Central Judging) and culminating in a week-long of S*F Celebrations in July (formerly known as S*F Presentations and Outreach), the S*F will engage students from schools across Singapore in the Visual and Performing Arts CCAs. Beyond the showcase of artistic talents and the vitality among our youths, the S*F reflects the Ministry's belief in the importance of a well-rounded education.

✨ Look out! The S*F60 Festival Concert is coming to Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay! 🎉

The Festival Concert unites student musicians, dancers and actors across three acts of live music, dance, theatre and film, celebrating the arts experiences that inspire, connect and empower students across generations.🌟

📅 4 July 2026
🕐 1pm and 5pm
📍 Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Theatre

Admission is free! Ticket reservations will be open soon, so keep an eye on our bio for updates.
