Just out of curiosity… we had to jump on this trend 👀💬

Here’s what I’ll say - As a single parent, every day brings new challenges, different reactions based on the stresses of life. Sometimes the absolute worst comes out, and we just don’t know how it’s affecting them. I’m not sure about you, but I often question if I’m ruining my son or actually doing a good job. Am I passing along generations of hurt that I’m still carrying? And then these little moments happen that mean everything. Seeing our kids rewrite the script in real time? That’s the payoff.

And it takes us to learn first how to do manage our emotions and how to model, lead, support, encourage, guide, listen.

These are learnable skills.
