On Friday, 22 May 2026, CLaaS2SaaS successfully hosted Agent Wars 2026, an internal initiative organized by the Learning Management Team designed to break away from traditional enterprise constraints and bring our core Learn2Innovate4Growth ethos to life.
Rather than a standalone competition, this event served as a powerful manifestation of our identity as an Adaptive Learning Enterprise.
30 of our talented staff members stepped into the arena, demonstrating the critical dimensions of continuous learning, workplace innovation, and collective growth. By mastering adaptive platforms and contextualized AI learning pathways, participants engineered standalone software agents capable of actively redesigning real workplace workflows.

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping learning, work, and economic development at an unprecedented pace.
Following a formal invitation from the Office of the Governor of Laguna, the Provincial Government of Laguna, led by Governor Sol Aragones, met with Leslie Loh, Founder and CEO of CLaaS2SaaS, to discuss strategic initiatives that support the development of an inclusive AI-native workforce and workplace ecosystem, advancing Laguna's digital economy transformation.
The engagement brought together representatives from government, education, industry, and workforce development sectors to explore opportunities in AI skilling, innovation development, and SME digital transformation.
One message was clear: stronger collaboration between academia and industry is needed to bridge the gap between education and work, enabling faster AI-native workforce development and more affordable AI innovation for SMEs.
The discussion also explored opportunities in SkillsFirst Work-Integrated Learning, AI Centres of Innovation, and intelligent Business Processing Outsourcing (iBPO) startups, with a proposal to jointly develop 10,000 AI talents and incubate 500 iBPOs in Laguna.
