Singapore keeps getting more expensive, year after year. ๐ธ๐ฌ
Rent climbing. COE through the roof. Housing prices that make you wince.
Now picture it twenty years from now, for your kids.
Here's the uncomfortable question most people avoid: if things keep moving this way, will the next generation be ready for it?
That's not meant to scare you. It's meant to make you do something while there's time.
The people who feel steady about the future usually have one thing in common, they took the time to actually understand how things work, instead of hoping it sorts itself out. ๐

After years of doing this, here's the framework I teach ๐
Step 1, Master the skill before anything else. Most beginners think they need a big head start. I teach the opposite. If you can't stay disciplined and manage risk, nothing else saves you. Skill comes first.
Step 2, Put yourself where opportunities are. Once you're consistent, more doors open. But only if you've built the skill to walk through them.
Step 3, Focus on consistency. Same process, repeated. No fancy tricks. The results stop being random when the process stops being random.
I don't rely on luck. I rely on a repeatable, disciplined approach, and that's exactly what I teach. ๐

Two people. Same income. Completely different futures. ๐
One spends to feel successful, the newest phone, the nice dinner, the holiday they can't quite afford.
The other spends to become more capable, books, mentors, courses, and learning how things actually work.
One invests based on what their friends are buying. The other invests with a plan, asking why this, does the risk suit me, what's my exit?
One avoids learning because it feels intimidating. The other learns precisely so it stops being intimidating.
Ten years on? Same starting point. One's still wondering why nothing changed. The other has a skill set and a system that gives them options.
Same beginning. Different habits. Different future.
Which one are you becoming?

People always ask me: "How do you figure out what to do with your life?" ๐ค
I tell them to sit with five honest questions:
1๏ธโฃ What does your ideal Tuesday look like? Not your dream holiday, a normal Tuesday. If you can't picture your everyday life, you don't have a clear goal yet.
2๏ธโฃ When did you last invest in yourself? Invest as in your skills, your knowledge, your growth.
3๏ธโฃ Are you actually building something, or just staying busy? They're not the same thing.
4๏ธโฃ If you could go back, what would you do differently? For me: find a mentor earlier. I wasted years figuring out alone what the right people already knew.
5๏ธโฃ What's stopping you from starting today? It's rarely what you think. Most people wait until they feel ready, the ones who move start before they are.
Answer these honestly and they'll show you exactly where you are, and what's next. ๐

"Should I take the stable job, or go all in and build my business?"
Someone asked me this question recently that I think a lot of people wrestle with. ๐
My answer probably surprised him: choose stability first.
Here's why. Stability gives you something most people underestimate, options.
When you have a steady foundation under you, you can afford to take calculated risks without betting your entire future on a single outcome. You can start a side project. Learn a new skill. Experiment. And you can do it without the pressure of needing every decision to work immediately. ๐งฑ
What I've noticed over the years is that people who chase only volatility often struggle. When everything you're responsible for depends on one venture succeeding, that pressure starts making your decisions for you, and many end up back where they started anyway.
The most grounded entrepreneurs and investors I know built a stable foundation first. That foundation is what gave them the confidence and the peace of mind to pursue bigger things later. ๐
So before the bold move, build the base.

Speed bumps on the road exist for one reason: to make you slow down. ๐
Isn't life the same?
Sometimes it throws them at us, a health scare, an unexpected setback, a financial challenge, a broken relationship.
They interrupt our plans. They force us to pause. Sometimes they bring us to a complete stop.
And in the moment, it's hard to understand why.
But maybe the purpose was never to punish us. Maybe it's simply a reminder to slow down, breathe, and reassess what actually matters.
So many of us live with our foot pressed hard on the accelerator, always chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next achievement.
But no vehicle is meant to travel at full speed forever. ๐
So if you're going through a speed bump right now, don't be too hard on yourself. Maybe this season isn't about moving faster. Maybe it's about slowing down enough to regain perspective before you continue.
I say this honestly, as a reminder to myself as much as to you. ๐
And if it resonated, if you'd like to slow down alongside 9,000+ like-minded people who are learning, growing, and supporting each other in our community,

From national weightlifter to stroke survivor to business owner preparing for bodybuilding competition ๐ช
At 18, Resh represented Singapore in weightlifting. Then everything changed when he suffered a stroke during NS, leaving him unable to move his arms or legs.
Doctors told him he could never lift weights again.
From lifting hundreds of pounds to struggling with a piece of paper, he lost his identity, his girlfriend, and nearly his will to live.
But here's what changed everything: He returned to the gym not for the weights, but for the discipline.
The daily routine. The consistency. The mental strength that comes from showing up when you don't feel like it.
That gym discipline didn't just rebuild his body, it built his business empire and transformed his investments.
Now at 32, he's proving there are no limits by preparing for a natural bodybuilding competition while running an 8-figure company.
The lesson? Stop waiting for motivation. Start building the habits that will change your life.
Success isn't found in fleeting feelings, it's found in daily routines that compound over time.
Stop waiting for motivation and start building the habits that will change your life.

The Bible doesnโt say debt is evil. It says the borrower is a slave to the lender.
Thereโs a difference, and most people miss it their entire lives.
I learned this the hard way. Built a business, scaled fast, and then watched it almost collapse under the weight of the wrong kind of debt. Six-figure payroll every month. Investments made out of desperation, not strategy. I wasnโt building wealth, I was surviving it.
Luke talks about counting the cost before you build. Proverbs warns us about becoming a slave to what we owe. These arenโt just religious verses. Theyโre financial blueprints that have existed for thousands of years.
The question isnโt whether to use debt. Itโs whether the debt you carry is trapping you, or building something that outlasts you.
Proverbs also speaks about leaving an inheritance for your childrenโs children. Thatโs generational wealth. Thatโs the long game.
I spent years learning these principles through trial, error, and some very painful lessons. Now I teach them, so you donโt have to go through what I did.

What does being rich actually mean to you? ๐ค
Sure, more money changes things. Your quality of life shifts. You can finally get the nice things you've wanted.
But be honest with yourself for a second.
A car is still just a car. It gets you from A to B. ๐
The nicer version is lovely, but the novelty fades faster than you'd think. Like a lot of things in life.
So maybe wealth was never really about the objects.
Maybe it's about the quiet stuff, choice. Time. Not feeling the knot in your stomach at the checkout. Being able to say yes to the people you love without doing the mental math first.
That kind of freedom doesn't come from one lucky moment. It comes from learning a skill properly, over time, with the right people around you.
That's what we focus on. ๐
