WISE Education derives customised methodology to suit the strengths and weaknesses of every unique student. The customised curriculum is greatly inspired by the Theory of Multiple Intelligences - Prof Howard Gardner, Psychologist in Education, Harvard University and the methodologies are greatly enthused by Glenn Doman, a neurologist, University of Pennsylvania, USA. We have since then creat and revise through the years a structured teaching style which is customised to the strengths and the weaknesses of each individual student. Integrating Glenn Doman’s main method such as “random repetition” and “retiring of information” to reinforcement and enhance the memory of students whereby helping them to excel in their studies. WISE Education emphasises very much in being compassionate, loving, caring and honest towards students this satisfied the ideology of what Howard Gardner had suggested – Moral intelligence. We strongly believe that by being compassionate, loving and caring to students will give them comfort and assurance. Through experiencing love and care students would be captivated by such virtues as they understand the essence of love and care thereby developing moral intelligence within them. Also by giving them honest feedback would help student to understand their weaknesses and conquer their fears. Weaknesses transform into strengths and fears transform into confidence. Such transformations are essential as it creates positive energy, motivations and allows students to excel, develop and grow acquiring intrapersonal skill and interpersonal skill growing into a powerful individual. Developing such skills is also in line with the Education Ministry’s policy of developing the students holistically besides the academic achievement. Thus integration of moral intelligence into our curriculum is also essential. Students are constantly guided and reminded to strike a balance between gaining knowledge and building their characters with good moral values inculcated benefitting them in their total well being inwardly and outwardly.
