As December rolls around, let’s take a moment with us to reflect on the incredible programs we’ve organized this year for students in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia.

🏆The 4th edition of the HUGEM Innovation Challenge Southeast Asia (HIC SEA IV) stood out as a remarkable event this June, marking a significant milestone as TGC hosted the competition in person at the esteemed National University of Singapore 🇸🇬. Co-organized by The Global Citizen Education Group and the Harvard Undergraduate Global Education Movement, HIC SEA has become an event that nurtures creativity and promotes innovative thinking among participants.

Over three inspiring days, students from Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand came together for hands-on training, engaging discussions, and collaborative brainstorming. Together, they crafted innovative solutions to social issues in Southeast Asia, focusing on two critical United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities & Communities 🌳 and SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption & Production 🏭.
