Let’s be honest. When was your last dental check-up? If you can’t remember, you’re not alone! About 1 in 3 adults in Singapore have cavities, and more than half have gum disease. Yet only half of us see a dentist regularly. 😬 Dental problems are like kopi stains. They build up slowly if you don’t clean up!

This new study wants to find out what really stops us from going for preventive dental care, and what would make us say ā€œOK lah, I’ll go see dentist!ā€ The findings will help shape policies to make dental care easier for everyone.

So, who’s the last person in your family to see a dentist? Tag them and give them a nudge! šŸ¦·šŸ˜„

Are you already a regular at the dentist, or is it time to book that check-up? Share your dental habits below!
