Maths Planet Singapore Mathematics is seen as a hard, boring, and confusing subject by many students. Math can be really fun if you have clear and strong fundamentals.

As a teacher when we tell them that math is actually fun, they give a smile thinking inside whats next, blood is yellow? Most students start taking maths tuition in higher grades (class 9 and 10) when they begin to struggle. If the student's base is not strong and we expect them to score well , they start to lose interest in that subject. They should have a strong mathematical base starting from p

rimary grades and especially lower secondary classes (7 and 8), so that they can actually enjoy math in higher grades when it gets competitive and challenging. Seema is a trained and qualified mathteacher holding degrees of Masters in Mathematics and Bachelor of education. She has 13 years of experience of full time teaching maths in Singapore local school and international school for MOE, CBSE , ICSE and IGCSE and 4 years of experience as full time tutor . She believes to create love for maths in students besides getting good scores . She always advise parents to make maths base of their kids strong at right age as in board classes they don't get time to make their fundamentals clear but need to practice much challenging stuff .
