What is COACHING?
Why do many high-achieving leaders get coaching? What is the purpose of coaching?
Coaching, at its essence, is like a clearing process.
You see, all of us have these mental blocks 🚧 these limiting beliefs that hold us back from realising our dreams.
is a tool to help make your intentions clear, pure, and free from those invisible barriers.
The true purpose of coaching is to help you get clear on what you truly want, release the negative energies and beliefs that block it, and align your thoughts and actions with the universe's abundance ✨✨✨
When you clear away the negative, what you're left with is a direct pathway to your desires🎯
Coaching isn't just about achieving goals; it's about unlocking the divine potential within you, so you can manifest your dreams with ease and grace.
If that sounds like something that you're looking for, let's connect :)

What Is
The Difference Between
Coaching, Therapy, Mentoring, and Consulting?
Therapy ❓
Think of therapy as a journey into your past.
It's about healing, understanding, and resolving past traumas and deep-seated emotional issues.
Therapists delve deep to help you make sense of your feelings, and through this process, you can overcome emotional and psychological challenges.
Mentoring❓
Mentoring is like having a seasoned guide who's walked the path you're embarking on.
A mentor shares their personal experiences, insights, and wisdom to help you navigate similar challenges. It's a relationship built on trust and mutual respect, with the mentor imparting knowledge and offering guidance based on their own journey.
Consulting❓
A consultant is an expert in a specific domain who provides advice, solutions, and strategies for particular challenges or goals.
They diagnose problems and prescribe solutions, typically focusing on processes, systems, and structures, rather than personal growth.
Coaching❓
Here's where the magic happens!
Coaching is about unlocking your present and propelling you into the future.
It's not about giving advice but rather empowering you to find the answers within.
A coach challenges you, supports you, and holds you accountable to your goals. They help you identify limiting beliefs, tap into your potential, and craft a vision for the future.
While they draw upon their knowledge and expertise, the primary focus is on creating a space for YOU to discover your path, solutions, and strategies.
In essence, while therapy looks back, mentoring looks beside, consulting looks at the problem, coaching looks forward!
Coaching stands apart as it focuses on tapping into your innate potential and wisdom 🌟
It's about crafting a vision and creating actionable strategies for personal and professional growth. It's not about the coach's solutions; it's about unlocking YOURS 😎
Remember, every modality has its unique strengths. The key is understanding your needs, goals, and where you are in your journey. From there, you can choose the approach that aligns best with your aspirations!
What's your experience with any of the above options?

My dream was to be a good Mom, someone whom I can be proud of, and my boy will be proud of.
Starting my own coaching practice after a failed marriage was my way to rebuild myself, and my life.
It was my way to create a life that I love and not regret, one that will allow me to live life on my own way, getting paid doing what I love and making an impact, on my own terms.
Investing in myself and developing myself has helped me to mend my relationship and be a better Mom, a better woman, a better Coach.
The first few years were tough.
❌ No time for socialising or entertainment
❌ No vacation
❌ All the money I
earned and my savings go into my personal development and my business
And there were times when I doubted myself
"Can I make it?"
"Will I have to go back to employment?"
"How would people think of me if I failed?"
Thankfully, God gave me the resources I needed to make it work:
✅ Coaches and trainers who guided me, taught me and supported me
✅ Friends who believes in me and referred clients to me
✅ Clients who trusted me
Despite the uncertainties, things begin to work out as I persist and stay true to my vision and purpose.
The taste of success after hardship is sweet.
And I'm thankful for how far I've come today.
Will there be uncertainties ahead?
For sure.
Will it be worthy?
Absolutely.
So if you are in the cross road, you've lost a job or you are looking for career direction that fulfils you and gives you meaning, keep searching ❤️🔥
You deserve to live the life you want, because you are worthy.

Toxic Comparison VS Nourishing Comparison 🤔
For the first time ever, I signed up for a 6am workout class this morning.
When the alarm rang, my brain went,
"What did you do Rainy?! This is crazy! It's too early!" 😕
So I told my mind to shut up and I just went.
I arrived at the center. I thought it was just gonna be a handful of crazy people.
Boy I was wrong. One by one they came, and we have 19 pax in the class! 😱😱😱
As I was observing them, my brain went:
😱 Geez! He looks so fit!
😱 Wow! She looks so strong!
😱 OMG look at that lean muscle!
Like a turquoise who just came out of my shell, I was so impressed to finally be surrounded by so many fit and strong people. It's a different world all together here!
And I felt so excited and inspired. My brain goes:
🔥 "I wanna be like them"
🔥 "This is the way to go"
🔥 "I'm at the right place"
That's what I call a Nourishing Comparison.
I love to surround myself with people who are better than me because they inspire me to be better, to grow and raise my impact.
At the end of the workout, I feel so fresh, my mind is clear, and my body is strong - and it feels like whatever goals I want to achieve, it is possible! Because I feel strong.
The best way to cultivate a new habit is to be with the herd.
Is your herd pushing you to be better?
Or are they dragging you down with their mediocrity and fears?
Are you surrounded by Good Intentional Dream Stealers who tell you:
"It's too hard"
"Don't take the risk"
"You won't be able to do it"
"You won't get a better job, it's the employers market now"
"You should reduce your fees, the market is bad"
Is it time to audit your environment? 😃💪🙌

I used to wake up and avoid looking into the mirror.
Why?
Because I didn't like what I saw.🤦♀️
That fat, old, haggard looking woman looking back at me.
The seemingly hopeless, devastated and pathetic look.
She was dying emotionally and withering physically.🥀
Have you ever felt that way?
Or do you know someone who is feeling that way?
Fast forward today, I'm grateful that I didn't choose to stay stuck. 🔗
I invested in myself and did whatever it takes to change.
I found good people to coach and mentor me to be who I am today. 🙏
Will you choose to lead the life where you:
☑️ Absolutely love yourself.
☑️ Need no one's approval to be who you really are.
☑️ Immune to people's judgement that steals your dream.
☑️ Radiate the absolute confidence from within that's so magnetic that you constantly attract the right kind of people into your life.
☑️ Are happy.
If you’ve answered yes and you are not where you want to be, I would like to help you.
PM me when you have enough of tolerating your pain and you want more in life or share this with people who needs to hear this.

Lost & Found - She was a tough nut to crack (Let’s call her Sofie)
Another heart-warming story from my recent coachee who just completed her transformation program.
When she came to me last year, she said she wants to find herself because she feels so lost. She feels that she doesn't know who she is, what she wants, and what's her life direction.
All these years, she’s always been living the life that’s directed by others. She does what people say good for her. She goes where others point her to go.
Why?
We’ve discovered that it's because she didn’t get much attention when she was young. As the middle children, she always had to give in to her siblings.
Growing up, it stuck with her that she has to sacrifice herself in order to get what she wants. Hence she always put other people’s needs above her to the point that she lost herself.
It took us months of self discovery digging into the past and resolving the root causes one by one. Changing her mental patterns was not easy because of the decades of conditioning.
She even denied the accuracy of her strength report, thanks to her imposter syndrome. But she never gave up. She was relentless and motivated to find her true self.
Slowly but surely, she began to open up, she let go of her defence mechanism, she got to know herself better and becoming more confident.
She found her passion and what sparks her joy. It was enlightening. But when she wants to pursue what she love, she was faced with huge pressures from her bosses.
They have a set of expectations for her to fit in, like a fish that's expected to climb a tree. And they told her that is what's best for her.
She was conflicted, and became doubtful about what’s right for her because of the pressure and influence.
She wondered, “Should I leave? Should I stay?? And many ‘What IF….”
Throughout our coaching journey, we had to keep getting her back to her core self.
Eventually she got it. With her new found courage, she stood up to what she believes is right for her.
It took a few twist and turn to work it out with her bosses. They finally created a new role that allows her to tap on her strength and grow her gifts.
It's a happy ending story.
And I’m thrilled for her. It is this kind of transformation story that keeps me going. When things got tough, l remind myself this is why I do what I do.
If you can resonate with this, or know who can benefit from working with me, do share with them this story.
Conclusion:
1. Protect your gift, protect your dream. No one can tell you how to run your life. You know what's right within you.
2. Embrace your true self and live it, because that’s what gonna make you more motivated and happier in life.

“I feel lost”
“I’m stuck in a rut”
“Don’t know what is the right thing to do”
“What I want seems too scary”
Shared a client over our coaching conversation.
Isn't that a familiar voice? Does it plays it your head sometimes?
Especially when you want to change?
Every day we are faced to make decisions. But with so many choices bombarding us from every angle, how do we know what’s right for us?
We often feel powerless to make difficult decisions, especially when it can impact our loved ones, or when it goes against the societal norms.
The truth is, we all have the power to make informed choices, and it should be based on our understanding ourselves and knowing what's important to us.
When we know what’s truly important to us, it will give us a blueprint to navigate life's complex decision trees with greater clarity and confidence - no matter if it’s an important choice or something more mundane.
When we understand who we are at our core, every day becomes empowered with purposeful decision, purposeful action!
Do you know who you are at your core?
