When it comes to building a financial business vs. building a financial education school, the differences are profound.

A financial business focuses on driving profit, managing investments, and helping clients navigate their financial landscape. It’s about numbers, strategies, and maximising returns.

On the other hand, a financial education school is centered on empowering individuals with knowledge. It’s about teaching people the principles of financial literacy, helping them understand how to manage their money, and making informed decisions that lead to financial independence and security.

My journey in the financial industry has been a struggle. Identifying as a financial advisor never felt right for me. Instead, I prefer to be known as a consultant because every advisory is different—everyone’s values are different.

What I stand for is INCOME first. It’s very hard to have a conversation with people who don’t have a strong income stream or fixed income, which I can relate to myself as an entrepreneur and self-employed person.

Furthermore, it is painful to not be able to help my clients and partners when cashflow is tight. I get it.

I’ve invested and even borrowed money to invest in my education, taking on (good) debt, in making sure my team gets the best return education out of it!

The Upper Limit Problem

The upper limit problem is where we reach a certain level of happiness (or success, money, or health) and our upper limit kicks in. Something in our subconscious tells us that we don’t deserve this, so we do something that will mess it up. Maybe we don’t feel that we deserve to be doing work that we love, and we go back to answering emails or doing drudge work.

And sometimes you feel anything but a genius at those activities. Sometimes it hurts to be doing this kind of deep work or pushing yourself to work at a higher level. It can make your brain ache, in just the same way as pushing yourself to run 10k might make your leg muscles ache. Or we need to do something in our project which is definitely not in our genius zone, and we get stuck.

Can anyone relate ... ?

Today, I spent the day recovering from an intensive and long battle against myself - trying to figure what is next for me in the coming future.

I am reminded to appreciate and be thankful for what Life had knocked me into, pushing me to a whole different direction few months than every few years, getting one step close towards my life path / direction in my mid 20's

and Right now, I realise my old "reality" is coming to an end.

It is truly painful.

I realised the Nomad Life isn't a Lifestyle I desire anymore, I crave for communities and relationship that I can feel belong and come back whenever I want too!

I realised I shouldn't be a coach like everyone else, instead I crave being the best trainer and facilitator, guiding people - more specifically being a thought leader in my experience as a teacher, of Life.

of bring out the Authenticity within you, Letting the Inner Child Come out to play and Championing the Best Version of you!

My environment really determines my outcomes / results.

I miss the old times when I was super hyped out about my startup, that kind of energy is what I crave for, yet I was so burnt out, I am so afraid to step into that world again.

I had stopped championing me... for a long long time ...

Back in 2019, when I first met Blair Singer at Train the Trainer (TTT), I was already pre-sold on the idea that by being in the "Training" Business, it would be the fastest way to make my first 6-figures.

But as I soon realised, over the years, like any other business, there are so many challenges that come with the business.

From the World Class Standards I want to live by, to the Minute of Details, such as Training the Team (Logistically & Marketing), I had to master every single bit first.

I had to Crew to not just UNDERSTAND, but to be able to SEE and READ the room.

Things change, especially with 300 Pax in a Room, without rules, chaos will ensue.

As some of you know, I decided to obtain my Professional ACLP 2.0 (TTT) program this term ... as a means to introduce my Abundance (of Knowledge) to the World, however with the combination with what I studied with Blair - I think, I finally understand the GAP that has been missing in my WORLD from achieving my financial goals / dreams.

COURAGE!
The courage to commit towards something, something that is the unknown -that comes with all the fears, risk, rejection. But the courage to still push through despite knowing all that, to take a step forward.

That is why entrepreneurship is not for everybody.

I used to think why wouldn't anyone choose entrepreneurship over being an employee. It was a no-brainer decision for me - but I also soon found out, it was courageous of me or should I say, I was courageous all these time without even knowing it.

Our Results,
are the reflection of our Behaviour, which is formed by our Mindset / Belief. and our Belief is the results, of our Conditioning, our Self-concept.

Am I willing to Commit - Sacrifice - all my time, effort - EVERYTHING, in hopes, that my dreams will come true if I stick to my own Path ...

Based on my observation, it takes 7 - 8 years to become a millionaire, would it take me 2 more years to finally achieve my Dreams XD
