RMI has been running the MFE Program for over 20 years and many individuals join our program looking to gain more in-depth knowledge of the financial industry. Here is what one of our MFE alumni, Mr. Andreas von Hirschhausen from the class of 2016 had to say about the program and his career. After graduating from MFE, Andreas has worked with a few Fintech companies before establishing his own start-up, REACH Finance, of which he is the Founder and CEO.

"MFE was a great way for me to combine two things: Expanding my knowledge about Finance and having a fantastic adventure at the same time. Some courses were interesting, full of real life learnings, others were challenging, but manageable together with classmates. And getting to know a new continent, many different new cultures, languages, was a great experience to balance the hard work of the MFE program. I’m grateful to RMI for the knowledge, the human connections, the ability the host a conference, and for helping to find my way around Singapore.”

RMI has been running the MFE Program for over 20 years and many professionals join our program looking to switch to a career in the highly competitive financial industry. Here is what one of our MFE alumni, Mr. Bryant Xu from the class of 2016 had to say about the program and his career. Bryant was a civil Engineer with LTA and is now a Macro Strategist with Deutsche Bank.

"Career switch is never easy for anyone who has no knowledge and experiences in her/his dream industry. And it was especially challenging for me as I was no longer “fresh” when I wanted to make the switch. Fortunately, I had the privilege to study in NUS MEF program where numerous alumni with their successful career switch stories inspired and guided me along the tough path. If you are also planning to make a career switch into finance industry, do it early and join the NUS MFE Program.”
