Congratulations Yi Hao! We're proud to welcome back our former Exco member and Head of Senior Training SI (NPCC) Chin Yi Hao as our newly-appointed Cadet Inspector, and look forward to him playing a key role in mentoring our cadet leaders and helping them develop good training plans and become effective leaders.

This past weekend (20-22 Oct '23), our Year 2 cadets attended the Area 12 Adventure Training Camp with their Secondary 2 counterparts from the other six area schools (Beatty, Catholic High, Guangyang, Kuo Chuan Presbyterian, Peirce, and Whitley).

Over the three days and two nights of the camp, held at NPCC's Camp Resilience on the north shore of Pulau Ubin, our cadets worked together with new friends to overcome various challenges. Saturday morning saw various groups embark on an orienteering land expedition, practice starting fires and building shelters, and tackle obstacles in the low rope course. The day ended with a proper campfire, with the groups putting up entertaining performances.

We are proud of how our Year 2s have grown through this experience, and look forward to seeing them apply what they have learnt to solving the future challenges they will encounter as cadet leaders.

We commemorated our NPCC Annual Parade (NPAP) last Saturday, and our cadets Rian, Chew Yee and Rishiganesh represented our unit in the parade contingents. Here’s a video of the event.
