Keat Hong C2E The Community Emergency and Engagement (C2E) Committees is the community Emergency Preparedness (EP) Unit formed in each constituency.

C2E Committees help strengthen community resilience by involving residents, grassroots leaders, educational institutions, business, religious, voluntary welfare organisations and other community partners in Community Emergency Preparedness programmes

🚨 Keat Hong C2E Fire Safety Outreach（RN1）🚨

A big thank you to all residents from RN1 who joined our fire safety sessions on 16 Aug 2026 and our members who came to support the outreach!

Here’s what we learned together to keep our homes safe:
🔥 1. Basic Fire Prevention & Home Safety
- Spot common hazards like overloaded sockets & unattended cooking
- Keep common corridors clear
- Know your block’s evacuation routes

🧯 2. Hands-On Emergency Demos
- Fire Extinguisher: Mastered PASS - Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep
- Fire Blanket: How to deploy it to smother small flames safely
- Wok Fires: Never use water on oil! Use a fire blanket or wet towel or a lid instead
