This time, we're introducing Ms.Sue, our Singaporean teacher who leads the K1 class at our East campus.

Sue has been teaching at Eis since 2007.

Drawing on her many years of experience, she warmly supports each child's individual growth and brings creativity and thoughtful care to every activity ☺️

One of the special features of Eis's bilingual education is that every class has two homeroom teachers.

A native English-speaking teacher and a Japanese teacher
— two educators from different cultures and languages — spend each day together with the children, creating an environment where both languages are naturally absorbed.

最近、“脱力”が一つのキーワードだと思っています。

お子さまを愛しているからこそ、
ついつい子育てに力が入ったり、
真剣になりすぎてしまいがちです。

今日は、子どもたちの環境について、
Eisの教育方針とともに、
お伝えできたらと思います。

How Do We Nurture Logic and Critical Thinking?
Lately, I’ve come to believe that one important keyword is datsuryoku (脱力)
— a term that literally means “letting the strength go,” or learning to ease up.
Precisely because we love our children so much, we often find ourselves putting too much effort into parenting, or becoming overly serious about it.
Today, I’d like to share a bit about the environment we create for children, alongside Eis’s educational philosophy.

This time, we'd love to introduce Mr.Iain
— our English teacher working across both the East and West branches.

Mr.Iain has been teaching English at EIS since 2007, and his creative, one-of-a-kind lessons never fail to bring smiles to our children's faces! 😊

He also incorporates Phonics into his classes
— a fun, engaging way for children to build a strong foundation in English pronunciation.

One of the unique features of bilingual education at EIS is that every class has two homeroom teachers

日頃インターナショナル幼稚園や
ローカル幼稚園などに通われている方へ

通っていらっしゃる園のホリデー期間中に、
日系の幼稚園のEisで
思いっきり幼稚園生活を送りませんか？

（外遊びもたっぷり！園内調理給食もご用意しております！）

West校、East校共にご利用可能です。

通常保育のプログラムに、
各年齢に分かれてクラスに入っていただきます。

水遊び、製作、サッカー、リトミック、クッキング、
コーディネーション運動なども日によっては違いますが、
ぜひ一緒に楽しんでください。

その他、バイリンガル教育ではありますが、
母国語の日本語でのお友達との会話も
とてもいい刺激になると思います。

七月は、たなばたや夏祭りもあり、
日本の行事が体験できる日もございます！
