This morning at Heartbeat @ Bedok, hundreds of young swimmers stepped forward to put their swimming and water safety skills to the test.

For some, it was their very first SwimSafer assessment.
For others, it was another milestone in their swimming journey.

Regardless of the result, every child who stepped into the pool showed courage, effort, and determination — and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

A huge thank you to all the parents for your support, patience, and encouragement throughout the process. Thank you as well to our assessors, coaches, and event team who worked hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are especially grateful for the many positive comments received today on the organisation, efficiency, and clear guidance provided throughout the assessment.

Congratulations to every swimmer who participated today. Your SwimSafer certificate is more than just a qualification — it represents confidence, water safety awareness, and an important life skill.
