International Children Book Day is a day to share with your little ones the magic of stories, and to appreciate that reading is a vital part of growth, especially in language development and social skills. If you want to help your child grow into a better reader, writer and communicator, encourage your him or her to make a habit of it will start them on the path.

Hello Hi-5ers, did you know that March 3rd is World Wildlife Day? Whether you're a conservationist, a hiker, or just love cute furry animals, today is the day in which we're all encouraged to celebrate the wonderful wild animals and plants found on Earth.

You might think that conserving wildlife is just by saving animals, but there are many other things we can do: like preserve water, raise awareness about energy efficiency, help plants get the nutrients they need in order to grow strong.. And the list goes on and on!

To help raise awareness, we have put together some fantastic animals and their wild habitats in this picture for you to do a little exercise! Can you name all the wild animals and tell us what you know about them?

Here we are, on the last day of our magnificent Chinese New Year celebrations. We hope you’ve enjoyed all the food and festivities that come along with the holiday.

Now that the holiday is over, we're turning our attention to the coming year. Hi-5 House of Learning wishes everyone will continue to roar into the year of the tiger with courage, confidence, and bravery.

Hi-5 House of Learning’s children absolutely delight in exploring their world through their senses. Sensory play encourages learning through exploration, curiosity, problem solving and creativity. It helps to build nerve connections in the brain and encourages the development of language and motor skills.

•Attained an L1 / L2 Certification by ECDA.
