Trained in both the Wilton (American) and PME(British) schools of cake decorating, Stacy continues to pursue new techniques in cake decoration under the tutelage of world renowned cake artists. Creating visually appealing desserts that taste as great as they look is a passion! Now, in addition to baking customised cakes for special occasions, she shares her art of food decoration with others, by holding private classes at her home studio.
