On 18/3/2026, we hosted a wonderful afternoon session of "Tea & Tranquil Living for Seniors" (乐龄茶香慢生活) at Tzu Chi (慈济) Bukit Batok.
Led by the knowledgeable and humorous Tea Master Patrick, the atmosphere throughout the entire session was as rich as the brew! 🍃
Our participants dove deep into the world of Puer tea (普洱茶). From understanding the delicate differences between Raw (生) and Ripe (熟) Puer leaves to mastering the art of a perfect pour, it was an afternoon filled with learning, laughter, and lingering aromas.
Highlights from the session :
• Expert Guidance: Mastering the fundamentals of Puer tea selection.
• Community Spirit: Connecting with fellow participants over a warm cup.
Thank you to everyone who have joined us. Whether you prefer the earthy depth of Ripe Puer or the fresh bite of Raw Puer, we hope you carried a sense of tranquility home with you. ✨

I savour my tea alone in the quiet night,
Free from desire and worry,
Oblivious to the wind, rain, and dust outside.

Your solitary tea drinking moment,
Open your heart to appreciate the tea’s innermost essence,
Only in quiet solitude does its truest taste reveal itself.
