Maimunah met me in 2017 to understand more how she will benefit from attending the course; Leadership and People Management. I remembered explaining what the course was about and how it might benefit her when we met at Harbour Front. (The initial 1 hour meeting ended up almost 4 hours later. 🤣)

Throughout the lessons, Maimunah asked many relevant questions and also shared her personal experiences with the rest. Our relationship does not stop after the 8 modules ended. In fact after the course, she pursued with another diploma in Service Excellence. At that point of time, she was a contract employee and was seeking for a full time job. I remembered coaching her on the side. Reviewing her resume and providing her some interview skills. Seeing her securing a full time job and feeling satisfied with her job, made me feel like a proud mother.
