Last Sunday was such a memorable one with Composers over Coffee. Led by Teacher Gracia, we learnt about Grieg and his Lyric Pieces, listened and compared different recordings, and created our own interpretations. It was certainly a fun and meaningful venture out of the usual music lesson!

P.S. Of course, one of the highlights included home baked apple muffins by Teacher Sook Cheng!!!

At our last Composer's over Coffee, participants had such fun transforming Liszt's Orage into an opera by adding lyrics with our guest vocalist Keane Ong accompanied by Teacher Hui Ling! At our coming Composer's over Coffee, we will be exploring Grieg's Lyric Pieces by learning to contrast different recordings and shaping our own interpretations, led by Teacher Gracia!

A throwback to our Piano Performance Programme Masterclasses with Teacher Hui Ling exactly a week ago. Every little detail matters to us and nothing goes unnoticed - something as simple as sitting at the right height can do wonders for our long term technique.
