Racial Harmony Day, Thursday, 16 July 2026

Our young caliphs explored the rich cultures of Singapore’s Malay, Chinese, Indian and Eurasian communities through traditional clothing, fabrics, food, music, dance and many more. As they asked questions, made observations and experienced different cultural traditions, they also discovered that while our customs may differ, the values of kindness, respect and friendship bring us together.

Just look at those excited faces as they embraced new experiences and celebrated the beauty of our multicultural community!

K2 Young Caliph Camp, Thursday, 4 June 2026

Our K2 campers had a fun and enriching adventure at Rainforest Wild Asia with their fellow campers and facilitators. As part of their quest to search for animals in designated areas, they explored the park with excitement and curiosity, spotting langurs, deer, siamangs, snakes, scorpions, and many other fascinating creatures up close. Through this experience, they learned to appreciate the wonders of Allah’s creation. After the trip, they enjoyed a hearty lunch and performed Zuhr congregational prayers at the original Kampung Siglap Mosque.

May this meaningful experience inspire our young campers to appreciate Allah’s creations more deeply and nurture positive values that will guide them in the years ahead. Ameen.

Our young caliphs came dressed with delight,
As flowers, bees, and butterflies so bright.
With colourful costumes and smiles so wide,
They filled the school with joy and pride.

As they explored the wonders of the garden scene,
They learned about Allah’s creations, great and serene.
From blooming flowers to tiny insects on the ground,
Signs of Allah’s mercy and wisdom can be found.

With grateful hearts, they played and learned each day,
Building friendships through meaningful play.
May they continue to grow in knowledge and faith too,
Appreciating Allah’s blessings in all they say and do.

Eid Adha Awareness Day, Tuesday, 26 May 2026

Alhamdulillah, after a 2-year hiatus, we were delighted to celebrate Eid Adha in school once again. Our little pilgrims joyfully took part in meaningful hands-on experiences inspired by the rituals of Hajj, including performing Tawaaf around the Ka’abah, completing Sa’i between Mount Safa and Mount Marwah, and participating in the Jamrah activity using plastic balls.

Through these engaging activities, our young caliphs deepened their understanding of Eid Adha and the values of obedience, patience, and devotion to Allah. May Allah bless and accept all our good deeds, Amiin.

K2 Field Trip to Gardens by the Bay, Thursday, 14 May 2026

Our K2 young caliphs recently had a meaningful outdoor learning experience at Gardens by the Bay. As they explored the gardens, they observed how plants provide shelter and food for many living things such as insects, birds, and other small animals found in nature.

Through guided exploration and discussions, our young caliphs gained a better understanding of living and non-living things, identified different types of animals, and learnt about the close relationship between plants and wildlife. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to connect with nature, appreciate Allah’s creations, and learn the importance of caring for the environment around us.

K1 Field Trip to Gardens by the Bay, Wednesday, 13 May 2026

Alhamdulillah, our K1 young caliphs had an enjoyable learning journey at Gardens by the Bay last Wednesday! During the guided tour, they explored the outdoor gardens and learnt about the life cycle of a plant through observing different flowering plants and their stages of growth.

Our young caliphs also learnt to identify living and non-living things. These hands-on exploration gave them meaningful opportunities to observe nature closely and deepen their curiosity about the world around them.

Our Nursery young caliphs went on an exciting field trip to Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden, where they explored and discovered the beauty of nature around them. They observed trees of different sizes, leafy plants, flowering plants, and fruiting plants while learning about the unique features of each plant. They were also delighted to spot small animals and insects such as birds, squirrels, butterflies, and ants during their exploration.

Through this meaningful experience, our young caliphs developed a deeper appreciation for Allah’s beautiful creations and learnt the importance of caring for the environment.

Eid Celebration, Thursday, 26 March 2026

Our hearts were full as we celebrated Eid together with our young caliphs. Through stories and discussions, they learn about the true essence of Eid — love, forgiveness, and compassion. They were gently introduced to the beautiful etiquette of celebrating Eid as taught by Prophet Muhammad SAW, including showing kindness, seeking forgiveness, and spreading joy to others.

In small groups, our young caliphs worked together to complete puzzles, building teamwork and patience. They also enjoyed “visiting” activities, role-playing as hosts and guests. Through this, they practised serving their friends, sharing, and using polite manners — bringing the spirit of Eid to life.

As community helpers standing side by side.
Policemen, firefighters, doctors and teachers too,
Each showing the good they hope to do.

Engineers building, pilots flying high,
Soldiers protecting, always standing by.
Every role teaches care and responsibility,
Working together in unity.

For Allah has given each a role to play,
To spread goodness and light the way.
With faith in their hearts and hands that care,
Our young caliphs shine, serving others everywhere.
