[SMU Blockchain Speaker Series - Blockchain Demystified Finale: What's Next For Blockchain]
Last week, SMU Blockchain Club had the pleasure of hosting our final segment of our 5-part blockchain speaker series in the form of a panel discussion with the support of SGInnovate.
The theme of the panel was titled - "What's next for Blockchain?" - where we explored topics such as how business leaders should drive the advances of blockchain technology in their respective industries. One interesting point mentioned by our panel was how blockchain should be seen as a "foundational technology", one where complimentary technologies are enabled to be build on, and not one that operates in silos.
As we conclude another successful event, we would like to give thanks to our panelists Paul Griffin, Jimmy Ong, Tom Menner, and Tushar Aggarwal for supporting SMUB's blockchain speaker series! And to the audience who came down to spend a precious Friday night with us, we hope you enjoyed the panel and we hope to see you again!

Shoutout to Network for their generous support for SMUB's first event - Block Night 2018.
Kyber's on-chain liquidity protocol allows decentralized token swaps to be integrated into any application, enabling value exchange to be performed seamlessly between all parties in the ecosystem. Using this protocol, developers can build innovative payment flows and applications, including instant token swap services, ERC20 payments, and financial DApps — helping to build a world where any token is usable anywhere.
