"But they already play at the playground... why gymnastics?" 🤸‍♀️

We get this question a lot — so we asked one of our coaches to answer it herself.

Playgrounds are great for exploring, but they don't always teach kids to move with real control. In our Mini Bear and Gym Bear classes, even a simple forward roll is a big win for a 3-year-old — and skills like balance beam work and safe handstands help them grow steadier, braver and more coordinated with every session.

Some of our coaches' favourite moments? Watching a child conquer their fear of heights, or seeing parents bond with their little ones during our parent-accompanied Mini Bear class. 🧡
