Sad farewell to a tutee whom I coached from J1 to J2 and his mother, who has been a great support to both the tutor and tutee.

All the best, I believe you are a potential 'A' student despite from the bottom 2 JC.

Attitude goes a long way. How much you can get is dependent on how 'hungry' and 'determined' you are.

Last min help required for a student from the bottom 2 JC who has never passed math before due to CCA and poor learning attitude.

Glad that after just 1 lesson crash course, he managed to score 800% higher than the previous WA (2 out of 25).

Now only 3 weeks to promos, let's just see how much can i help him to pass the exam.

Good job to the class of H2 math 2022. All of them got A or improved at least 4 grades.

Last Lap to A levels.

In my opinion, one of the most efficient methods to improve in grades is

1) Ask students to do mock papers under exam condition.
2) The tutor will mark and highlight the areas to be improved/ mistakes with other feedback.
3) Discussion of questions for which the student is unable to solve after attempting to do corrections.

Sounds good? But now I have so many scripts to mark.....This is only 10% of the marking.

(RI 2022 prelim).

Only had online tuition with this student for less than 2 months and she was struggling to achieve that A and has been stuck at B/C grades.

Our lesson focused on filling in her gaps in learning and highlight her mistakes and what to avoid in exams.

Good job to her and now she is in a gold position to clinch that A for A levels.

(Prelims 2022)

Good effort in bouncing back to A for prelims from a fail in march and a D for mid years.

70% effort goes to student who is diligent and follows my teachings well.

Just a short tour around Padang area.

First time teaching sec 4 Add math for group lessons.

Not that bad, at least not everyone failed. Getting 27/30 is quite good. But generally the level of motivation for sec 3 students is still quite different from JC students even though the content is much much easier.

Great experience nevertheless.

More good news coming in. Failed J2 scoring only 30+ marks and started tuition at end May. He worked super duper hard, same as me as I have a lot of marking to do weekly.

Scored B for mid years and A for prelims and as expected A for A levels.

I claim 10% credit because of the markings.

Well done, from a fail in J1 promo to A for A levels. Your effort paid off. 95% credits to you, 5% for me :p

A for 'Axcellent' Job.

From a fail in JC 1 promo, we have undergone intensive revision during the Dec holidays and you obtained the top score for your class.

It might be a small test but nevertheless a good start for 2022.
