When Bellies Speak is a community art project conceived by Dana Lam. It seeks to share in the joy of making and invites you to re-evaluate the part of the body that is mostly disdained. Your fleshly belly is transformed into an aesthetic object in a matter of minutes. Ready to roll! Thank You again everyone who lent their bellies! And everyone who has agreed to join Lynn and I in performing the installation tomorrow. Please bear with us that while the action is simple, there are some small formalities to observe - beginning with your signing in at the "bellies" desk when you arrive at Hong Lim Park. See you at 6:45pm for the briefing. If you miss the briefing, don't worry, look out for the individuals in these color tops (beautifully sewn for us at no notice by Angie Tay).
