For a child to truly master any skill, they must first find joy in practising the activity repeatedly and in varied ways. This can be tricky—kids naturally avoid activities where they don’t experience immediate success, as it can quickly lose the “fun” factor. But if activities are designed only for instant success, it removes the opportunities for growth, leaving little room for improvement. 🤨🤔
At PACE, we prioritise fostering a love for movement before honing specific skills. We create activities tailored to each child’s ability level, aiming for achievability first to build confidence. Once the foundation is set, we challenge them with higher levels to promote steady growth. 📈🆙

It's perfectly fine if the underarm throw isn’t quite perfected yet! The real value is in observing each child’s learning journey and development in sports skills. 💪
With a few prompts, kids gradually self-correct, build confidence and refine their underarm throw technique. 🎯
