Naked Nighers and fellow vulnerability enthusiasts!
The super cool and fellow Naked Nights storyteller, Davelle Lee Jing Yi and I (Olivia Coléon) chatted about vulnerability at the work place. We talked about some tools, highlighted people who are doing it well, and some of the challenges of creating a more emotionally-sensitive work culture🏆
Embracing and normalizing vulnerability at work and in our day-to-day lives has become a key motivator for me over the past 18 months. And I think a lot of this comes from working in incredible, but high-stress jobs in NYC. Which, for all of us, lead to burnout, anxiety and so many other inhibitors that stunt our creativity, growth and engagement with our work, each other and ourselves.🌱
