Why do so many capable teams still struggle to execute great strategies together?

It’s rarely about skills or effort. More often, it’s about the invisible walls between teams — the silos that slow down collaboration and cloud shared goals.

We’ve seen this firsthand working with many organizations — including the Genome Institute of Singapore, where we’ve partnered on more than three occasions to help teams align, build trust, and move as one.

2025 has been an incredible year for us.

We began our partnership with Wiley and became the authorised distributor for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors across Asia Pacific.

From there, we stayed focused on what matters most: quietly delivering work that creates real impact—helping leaders and teams build trust, strengthen collaboration, and elevate performance using tools that carry gravitas and lasting value.

🌟 Building Cohesive Teams with The Five Behaviours and Everything DiSC 🌟

We recently concluded a *Team Excellence Blueprint* programme using **Wiley’s 5 Behaviours** and **Everything DiSC**, and the feedback from participants was incredibly heartening.

💬 **Evaluation Highlights:**

* 4.7 / 5 overall programme effectiveness
* 4.8 / 5 for facilitator preparedness and responsiveness
* 4.6 / 5 for engaging learning activities and practical application

Participants shared that they valued:

I’ve worked across five very different organisations—each with its own culture “fingerprint.” The common denominator of strong cultures? Safety first.
One famous example: Next Jump publicly committed that people wouldn’t be fired for performance; they’d be coached and developed. When fear subsides, standards can rise: “You’re safe here—now let’s do our best work.”
Culture isn’t a poster; it’s a promise.

Here's where we take on the role of consulting strongly with the Ministries in Singapore. This was work we delivered for Ministry of Law, using Belbin Team roles, prior to their work plan. As a seasoned accredited Belbin practitioner using this tool, since 2008, we delivered this session for a Team of senior civil servants. We revamped and redesigned our curriculum for this batch, to ensure the curriculum and delivery of this program STUCK. And it did. For use of a robust testing tool such as Belbin, Wiley DISC, 5 behaviours and even Big 5, do get in touch with us.

During Monday's coaching session, I successfully guided my client through a breakthrough in her startup business. Our conversation, lasting an hour, led to a concrete 7-day plan for her to engage her sphere of influence. The positive outcome has motivated my Serbian client to schedule a second session next week. The proverbial chicken comes back to roost. Thats how I will describe the program on DISC and DRIVE that we did for Pilots. I worked in SIA for 4 years, and during that period, I learnt perhaps some of the best lessons in life. Being humble, taking the work we do very seriously and leadership lesson, what you should never do as a manager.

This program for the pilots of Silkair, focused on DISC personality traits and DRIVE techniques. It included management pilots, instructor pilots, and captains. Met awesome pilots, more specifically pilots who showed respect, real genuine respect to their deputy chief pilot and instructor pilots. 4 years in SIA the special breed of Silkair pilots, were markedly very different from the rest. They were humble and the same traits were the very ones I observed in this program. One of the best folks I was able to deliver a training program for 40 pilots. From a humble offering of Team building programs in 2006, we have evolved towards using the best in psychometric tools. We have deep rooted experience of having used Belbin Team roles in Singapore and Asia. Using this tool in tandem with strategy planning sessions, that we have conducted for management teams such SICPA, Singapore Prisons Command Directorate, Johnson & Johnson, Panasonic and Burouge Petrochemical companies.

Our achievements includes being awarded the government contract to conduct the advance leadership program for the Junior officers, from 2010 to 2012 at the Home Team academy.

Over the years, we have developed a unique set of curriculum that is centred on organisational development needs. Ebnu Etheris as the lead facilitator is a US trained certified facilitator for the “Drive” program developed by Andrew Greatex from the book “Drive” by Daniel H. Pink. He brings with him 11 years of consulting experience and 10 years of having worked in the HR field with MNCs.
