I started 2024 with a renewed purpose sensing that transition and change was in the air, not realizing that this transition wasn’t business but family related.

2024 turned out to be less of a hustle and more of a year of learning how to slow down and rest with intention when the need called for it.

Along the way, struggling with pregnancy symptoms beyond my control, I learned to be more patient not just with myself but also developed much more understanding for mothers who struggle with their nutrition when they start experiencing the rigors of motherhood. This experience has given me a newfound purpose in how we approach our coaching practice.

With just 4 weeks or less till baby comes along, we can’t wait to see what 2025 will bring with it ❤️

Mindset is a Progression

When Fiona first approached me sharing that she wanted to improve her health and lifestyle, we took it progressively, starting with nutritional habits that she could integrate into her medical night shifted work schedule.

Eventually as she started to see results and changes to her body and quality of life, her confidence grew and she went on to take on a PT program and even meal prep (something she probably couldn’t imagine doing at the start of her journey)

Do you need to meal prep to see results? Of course not!

But this is a great way to show that growth is progressive and that change takes time and consistent effort.

Perhaps you feel like you’re nowhere near what you aspire but if you continue to remain consistent, your discipline and efforts will grow together with your confidence and mindset.
