Thank you for your interest in the creative classroom culture. I have had lots of fun creating the environment for students to learn with joy and to be self motivated. My pupils are involved in decision making and they take control of their success in my classroom. The first step is put in the classroom structure for students to be part of the learning process. Once students enjoy success in learning, they want to learn more. That moment is the greatest achievemnt for the teacher.
