Republic Polytechnic students recently had the privilege of volunteering alongside the athletes of Special Olympics Singapore at the Adventure Learning Centres — and what a day it was!

From navigating ropes courses to tackling climbing walls, our student volunteers supported and cheered on the athletes as they took on every challenge with heart, grit, and unstoppable smiles.

💬 “Their courage and joy were contagious. We went there to help, but we ended up learning so much more from them,” shared Shantell Marsall.

This collaboration is more than just an event — it’s a celebration of inclusion, resilience, and the power of community. A huge thank you to Special Olympics Singapore for the opportunity to walk (and climb!) alongside your amazing athletes. 💪❤

SSH hosted 94 student leaders today from 11 secondary schools across Singapore for ‘Fit to Lead: Igniting Leadership Through Sports and Health’. Class monitors, CCA leaders and school athletes were invited for this 1-day programme to help them hone healthy leadership skills through the domains of sports and health. Through exciting games and activities, the students were led to examine the strengths and weaknesses of their own leadership styles and to improve to lead healthy teams. #GreaterMe #rpfittolead #RP_SSH
