Hey AC! From 20 to 24 April, our A, B and C Division Swimming teams took part in the National School Games and achieved an amazing super grand slam, sweeping all division titles, with the A Division Girls clinching their first ever Championship title.

Hey, AC! On 20, 21 and 24 April, our A Division Boys Shooting Team participated in the National School Games at SAFRA Yishun and was placed 3rd overall.
“This year, we faced multiple challenges balancing commitments and training. Despite this, it was encouraging to see our team training together and spurring one another on to improve. Hey, AC! On 17 April, our A, B, and C Division Sailing teams competed in the National School Games, achieving outstanding results across the board.
In team placings, the B Division clinched the championship title, while the A Division Boys, A Division Girls, and C Division Boys each placed 1st runner-up. In individual placings, Elliot Goh (1.02) and P*e Teck Woon (3.12) attained 2nd place, Zeph Wan (4.14) attained 3rd, and Isaac P**n (5.09) and Rahul Rajakanth (2.04) attained 4th in their respective divisions.

Hey, AC! From 21 to 24 April, our A Division Boys Bowling team took part in their National School Games. They gave their best and emerged champions.

Hey, AC! On 21 April, our students from the Science Research Challenge (SRC) participated in the 27th International Elementz Fair held at Anderson Serangoon Junior College. Even though there were more than 200 teams from about 80 other schools, we are proud to announce that Emmanuel Soon (6.12) and Caysson Arsenius Yahya’s research projects won the Gold award in the Junior College category of the competition.

Hey, AC! From 30 March to 17 April, our A, B, and C Division Track and Field and Cross-Country athletes competed in the National School Games, concluding the season with a thrilling finals at the National Stadium.
Our B and C Division boys placed 3rd overall, the A Division boys 4th, and the A Division girls 5th.

Hey, AC! On 17 April, our A Division Water Polo team competed in the National School Games 3rd/4th playoffs. Through hard work and perseverance, our team managed to emerge second runners up.
"Coming into this year’s NSG, I had high expectations for this team because I knew how much work everyone had put in during the training sessions leading up to the competition. Although we fell short to our opponents in the playoffs, the disappointment became something we learned from, and it pushed us to grow stronger together as a team. My teammates stood by me and we gave everything we had in every single match we played. For that, I am truly grateful. I would choose to go with this team a hundred times over." Hey, AC! On 14 and 15 April, our school’s A, B and C Division Golf teams competed in the National School Games Finals. After a season of hard work and dedication, we are proud to announce that both the A and B Division teams have clinched the championship title and the C Division placed first runners-up!

Hey, AC! On 11 April, Elliot Goh Rui Ee (3.07) represented ACS(I) at the National and Inter-school Para Swimming Championships, taking on an impressive four races within just two hours — 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 100m freestyle and 100m backstroke. He demonstrated remarkable endurance and determination, clinching first place in all four events.
Thanks to Elliot’s outstanding performance, ACS(I) was awarded the Challenge Trophy for the Overall Best Performing School in the Under 17s (Category B).
“It was challenging to swim 4 races in the span of 2 hours, and I am glad to have contributed towards wins for the school. I am thankful for the inclusive culture in ACS(I) which has allowed me to be part of the school team, and I appreciate the support from Mrs Goh Hwee Hwee, my swim captain and my coaches. Hey, AC! On 6 April, four teams from our school's 12I Boys' Brigade Company competed in BB Blaze 2026, a gruelling 16km run across eastern Singapore incorporating activities such as structure building, kayaking, obstacle courses, first aid, and navigation.
We are proud to announce outstanding results on both fronts. In the Boys Category, the team of Michael Escano Tan (4.08), Noah Seow (4.12), Isaac Choi (4.14), and Nathaniel Tan (2.11) attained 2nd place. In the Open Category, the team of William Teo (6.13), Ilayaraja Kaarthik (2.01), Huang Xingchen, and Zhang Shuwei (both from 5.18) clinched 1st place.
"Winning the Open Category is something we are all proud of, as it is a tangible realization of the effort behind months of gruelling training. Yet holding the award has led us to recognise that material achievements are not the reason we compete. Hey AC! This edition of f(AC)es features Chen Yihang from 4.15 — Singapore's first professional Weiqi player! Yihang was recently crowned champion of the Winter Professional Qualification League (November 2025). Having honed his Weiqi skills in Japan, he has shown remarkable determination and grit, balancing academics with rigorous training while adapting to a foreign environment. Yihang truly embodies the commitment and resolve of an ACSian.
