In Term 2, N2-K2 children embarked on a “Start Small, Dream Big” project. As part of this project, children went on learning journey to the Kidztropic Cove for the programme, “Kindsville Learning Journey” on 12 May 2026. Children were introduced to the importance of kindness and positive social behaviours through meaningful experiences. This experience supports in developing empathy and creativity in a fun and engaging environment.

Sunflower Preschool at Hougang Pte Ltd is proud to be awarded with HMPP Enduring Excellence Award 2026 by the Health Promotion Board.

This award recognises our Centre's continued efforts in providing healthier and balanced meals for our children. We remain committed to creating a positive preschool environment that supports children's growth, well-being and healthy habits from a young age.

On 24 April 2026, we had our annual staff training as well as staff bonding day. We started with a productive training session at our centre, followed by a sumptuous lunch🍽. The day continued with a fun prawning🎣 activity, where everyone had the chance to relax and enjoy themselves.🥰

It was a meaningful time of connection, laughter, and strengthening our team spirit 💜. Looking forward to many more moments like this together!

Our centre conducted Parents Workshop on 27 March 2026. Chinese teachers shared on 《在新加坡如何支持孩子的华文学习》 & English teachers shared Phonics - Letterland. Through this workshop, parents can better support their children’s learning at home. 📚👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🎉

Today, our children and teachers celebrated Hari Raya in beautiful Malay attire 🌙✨

The programme began with a simple introduction to Hari Raya, followed by fun activities. The children enjoyed making ketupat crafts and chocolate biscuits together. It was a joyful and meaningful celebration filled with smiles and laughter.

On 13 February 2026, our preschoolers enjoyed a fun learning trip to the Asian Civilisations Museum! 🏛️

They went on an exciting object hunt around the museum and explored the newly opened ACM & Me room. It was a fun-filled and engaging morning for everyone! 🌟
