Our lead teachers are supported by guiding teachers during and after class to give students differentiated instruction based on a think, discover and practice approach*. Easy-to-understand techniques are imparted in a fun and engaging classroom experience.

3. Always available, proactive support for students (and parents)

Lead teachers and guiding teachers proactively ensure learning continues after class. Stronger students are challenged with advanced questions, while weaker students receive short consultation sessions when needed.

-> Parents choose how involved they want to be:
- Sit in with their child during class.
- Get updates through regular progress reports.
- Maintain active dialogue with teachers.
