我们有幸邀请到不丹的五大勘布之一清净高僧，尊贵的朱拉.罗本仁波切，来新加坡传授金刚密法。他是不丹佛教的领袖之一，传承了清净的白教法脉，将在10月3号至7号在新加坡传授不丹白教的大手印，包括那洛六法、瑜伽佛母灌顶和普巴金刚灌顶。

按照传统，跟随这位高僧修行，必须先学习前行、供养法、行部法，然后能修习密法。他的信众要学九年撒扫应对诵经，再六年大乘经典，十五年后才能学洛六法等密法传承。然而此次他破例同意传法，是一次千载难逢的殊胜机会，因此我们邀请全球平台的学生前来参加。

自释迦牟尼时代，徒弟不入涅盘，为维护法传承。大家要真诚求法。为了获得这一殊胜的传承，我们将为平台的学生提供优先报名权，费用自付。求法的机会实在太宝贵，希望大家全力以赴，争取在这半个月的时间里获得完整的法脉传承，以便实修实证。实现今生成就。

应世界各地的求法者的强烈祈请并且进行远程学习，我们将会开方便之门，为求法者直播这次的大法会。

We are honored to have Venerable Tampalawela Dhammaratana, an eminent monk in the Theravada Tradition, presiding over the Triple Refuge and Five Precepts ceremony on September 28th.

The Triple Refuge includes taking refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, involving the commitment of our body, mind, and spirit to follow the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha. The Five Precepts consist of refraining from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, false speech, and intoxicants. By constantly adhering to these Five Precepts, we have the opportunity to enter the Three Good Paths, avoiding falling into the Three Evil Paths and thereby escaping Yama's, the King of Hell's rule. This is a fundamental faith in Buddhism.

We sincerely invite everyone from around the world to come to Singapore and receive the Triple Refuge and Five Precepts from the pure Bhikkhu. Please note that this event is scheduled for the evening of September 28th.

While there is no fixed fee, Buddhism encourages voluntary donations. Any contributions will be used to support the Buddha Dharma, including the maintenance of the Buddhist academy and the livelihood of the Bhikkhus. Venerable Tampalawela Dhammaratana has dedicated himself rigorously to Buddhist academy in Germany, and thus, we encourage everyone to generously contribute to help him continue propagating the Dharma. Supporting the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha is an essential path for Buddhists to accumulate merit and virtue. Your offerings will transform into merits, serving as spiritual energy in your future lives. Please cherish this opportunity, make a sincere dedication, and support the Buddha Dharma.

Triple Refuge and Five Precepts
The Triple Refuge represents the fundamentals of Buddhism, including taking refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Taking refuge in the Buddha entails placing one's body, mind, and spirit in the Buddha's wisdom and compassion. Taking refuge in the Dharma entails accepting the Buddha's teachings and allowing guidance for one's life. Taking refuge in the Sangha shows respect and support for the monastic community, which helps to sustain and disseminate the Buddha's teachings.

Among the Five Precepts are the prohibitions against taking life, stealing, sexual misbehaviour, false speech, and intoxicants. These are the ethical rules that Buddhist practitioners, including lay devotees, should adhere to in order to cultivate compassion, virtue, and merit.

Dharma Teacher
We are honored to have Venerable Tampalawela Dhammaratana, a distinguished monk in the Theravada Tradition, presiding over the Triple Refuge and Five Precepts ceremony.

Venerable Tampalawela Dhammaratana, a French monk from Sri Lanka, entered the monastic order when he was ten years old. He was ordained as a Theravada Bhikkhu in Kandy, Sri Lanka, and later acquired his Master's and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Paris Sorbonne. He did his postdoctoral study on Buddhist Vinaya at the Ecole Pratiques des Hautes Etudes (Section IV), Sorbonne University in Paris. He is currently the Dean of the Frankfurt Buddhist Academy. Venerable Dhammaratana has worked for UNESCO and other international Buddhist, cultural, and academic organizations, and has received an honorary doctorate from MCU University in Thailand as well as a gold medal from the Bangladesh government. He devotes his life to serving humanity with knowledge and compassion, sharing authentic Buddhist teachings, and making outstanding contributions to UNESCO's fields of peace, education, culture, and intercultural dialogue.

This ceremony of Triple Refuge and Five Precepts does not have a specific fee, but rather encourages voluntary donations to accumulate merit. While material wealth is a worldly possession for this current life, the merits of wholesome deeds are beneficial across three lifetimes, can transform into boundless energy, purify wisdom across the cycles of rebirth, and help to attain the perfect enlightenment of Buddhahood.

何为三皈五戒？
三皈依代表着种下佛法最根本的种子，它包括皈依佛、法和僧。
皈依佛代表以身、心、神皈依于佛陀的智慧和慈悲，皈依法代表接受佛陀的教导并以此以指导自己的生活中，皈依僧表示尊敬和供养僧团，以此来供养和传播佛法。

五戒包括不杀生、不偷盗、不邪淫、不妄语和不饮酒，乃是包括在家居士在内的佛教徒道德生活准则，以助慈悲、善念及功德的增长。

传法尊者
我们万分荣幸邀请到南传上座部的传承高僧及原教义佛法的传播者 —— 释法宝尊者，主持三皈五戒仪式。

释法宝尊者是具有斯里兰卡血统的法国僧人，十岁加入僧团，受到Royal Pandits的卓越传统佛教教育。在斯里兰卡康提的Sri Ānanda Temple，跟随已故导师Pitadeniye Sri Ratanapala Nayaka Thera尊者获得上座部派比丘戒。此后，他在法国深造，于巴黎索邦大学获博士、哲学硕士、哲学博士学位，并曾在法国高等实践学院进行佛教戒律的博士后研究。

释法宝尊者作为一名国际佛教领袖，现任法兰克福佛学院院长，曾服务于联合国教科文组织，以及包括世界佛教友谊协会、世界佛教僧伽理事会、国际佛教大学协会、国际佛教大学理事会、联合国卫塞节国际委员会、法国佛教联盟主席、欧洲佛教联盟成员等在内的多个国际佛教、文化和学术组织，并荣获泰国MCU大学"名誉博士"学位和孟加拉国政府金质奖章。他以智慧和慈悲致力于服务人类，传播原教义的佛法，为联合国教科文组织的和平、教育、文化、跨文化对话领域做出卓越贡献。

佛门普渡有缘人，此次三皈五戒的法会亦不拘泥于具体费用，但希望大家随缘布施供养，以积累功德，将来化作能量，超越物质。欲求菩提应舍身，何况一切身外物，钱财无法带走，而功德福报却是三世受用的善种，能转化为无穷能量，清净三轮生智慧，修得圆满菩提果。
