Our students experienced Coconut 101 with Chef Rapeepat learning how to open, fabricate, and fully utilise a whole coconut from start to finish.
For many, it was their first time trying something like this and honestly… they nailed it ✨
Our students took a trip to Tekka Market to explore fresh ingredients, discover local food culture, and gain a deeper understanding of the journey from market to plate.
