There is an ECA or ASA for every student’s interest at ISS International School.
ISS offers ECAs and ASAs ranging from sports like volleyball and football to art courses, Music Club, Science Club and a range of other activities. In addition to other programmes, our students participate in Sports Day and the Swim Gala annually. These events provide opportunities for every student in the school to compete in many different events.

Award-winning Tanglin Trust School officially unveiled the Tanglin Centenary Building, an 11-storey building with state-of-the-art facilities, this week. The opening ceremony was attended by Guests of Honour; Mr S Iswaran, Minister for Transport and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, as well as Her Excellency, Kara Owen CMG CVO, British High Commissioner to Singapore.
The Tanglin Centenary Building first began as an idea to build on Tanglin’s heritage in Singapore and enhance the 98-year-old school’s position as an outstanding, world-class international school. The building now accounts for nearly 25 per cent of the school’s entire floor space.

Since 1973, Singapore American School students have made 35,776 interim semester trips to different parts of the world. These opportunities for students have been trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal, service in the Philippines, exploring the spirituality and culture of Tibet, investigating the history of Turkey, student teaching at SAS's elementary and middle schools and sailing, or golfing in Singapore.

Putting others before themselves from a young age, Singapore American School (SAS) students from kindergarten to grade twelve take part in service learning opportunities in school, in their community, and in regional and global communities. They find meaning in benefiting others when they brainstorm, research, interview, plan activities, build connections, and contribute to communities’ areas of need.
