Domaine du Chardonnay Chablis 2020 has a pale colour with brilliant reflection. The nose has lively nose with fruity and mineral notes. This is powerful, supple and full on the palate with nice acidity on the finish.

This is a great pairing with fish, poultry or goat cheese!

Quartz Reef Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018 is divine ruby red in colour. It has an intense cherry and berry aromas, which is rich on the palate with dark cherry, subtle floral and herbaceous notes. This wine has an excellent depth, fine tannins and very long vibrant finish.

Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir

Started off initially as a hobby, George Wong's love for wine later turned into his life passion when he pursued his Bachelor of Oenology (wine and wine making), followed by a Wine MBA from Bordeaux Management School. Being the first native Singaporean to hold a wine MBA degree and a former professor at L'Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux (Bordeaux WIne School) has been a turning point as he started paving the way of wine edutainment in Singapore.

With over 20 years' experience as a celebrated wine educator and in-demand speaker, he is often described as "God of Wine" by local media. George is also a strong practitioner of Wine Edutainment - a form of entertainment designed to educate as well as to amuse.

🍷 What do friends and wine have in common? The older, the better.

Montgras Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2019 shows a clear and brilliant golden yellow colour with some greenish notes. On the nose, it has an intense and nice fruity aromas of melon, pineapple, ripe banana and subtle notes of honey. Flavours of citrus (lemon & lime), apple and pear makes this an excellent pairing with fatty cheese.

🍷 Chateau La Croix Fourney shows a typical Merlot character with licorice and dark fruit aromas. This has a full and complex body, paired with elegant tannins and nice acidity to give this wine a long and silky finish. This bottle is a perfect combination with stew of lamb, sautée chicken and cream-based dishes.
