New mothers going back to work are in a transition phase of juggling the demands of caring for a baby and work. This period is tougher and it is helpful to manage expectations from boss about work and also manage expectations from oneself and family.

Amidst the pandemic and all the uncertainty, there may be challenges that we face in our family life, work and relationships. We may sometimes feel down and perhaps even helpless. Always remember: No matter what the situation is, we are always free to choose how we respond to it. When we adopt the appropriate response to the situation, we will achieve a more positive outcome. Sometimes just talking about our feelings to a friend or another person can help us gain a new perspective of things. If you know of anyone who is struggling and needs help, please share this website with the person. Whatsapp me at 9116 8848 for a free trial of counselling / life skills coaching session.
Cheers to the start of a great week! 😀
