Project GIFTS is built on the belief that sports can be a powerful tool for inclusion, empowerment, and personal growth. Here's how our initiative helps us achieve our mission and objectives:

1. Free Access to Professional Coaching
We provide high-quality badminton (and other sports) coaching at zero cost, removing financial barriers that often prevent underprivileged and special needs children from participating in structured sports training.

2. Inclusive Program Design
Our programs are specially tailored to the abilities, pace, and needs of each group, ensuring that children of all backgrounds and capabilities feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged.

3. Partnership with Community Organisations
By collaborating directly with organisations such as Singapore Children’s Society, MINDS, APSN, and Gladiolus Place, we are able to reach the children who need support the most, and ensure our programs are relevant and accessible.

4. Confidence, Discipline & Social Growth
Through regular training, clinics, and positive mentorship, children not only gain sports skills but also build confidence, discipline, and social interaction, which are essential life skills.

5. Creating Opportunities & Visibility
We work to create opportunities for children to participate in showcases, mini-tournaments, and community events, giving them a sense of achievement and helping raise awareness about the importance of inclusive sports.

By focusing on accessibility, inclusivity, and empowerment, Project GIFTS is not just about teaching sports — it’s about changing lives and contributing to a more compassionate and inclusive society.

Project GIFTS is Back!

2024 has been a fantastic year for Project GIFTS, and none of this would have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors and volunteers. Thanks to your support, we successfully provided free badminton classes for MINDS, Children's Society, APSN, and Gladiolus Place.

Looking ahead to 2025, we hope to continue giving back by offering free badminton classes to underprivileged children in our community. We invite anyone who wishes to contribute—whether through sponsorship or volunteering—to join us in making a difference.

Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025

2024 has been an incredible journey for Project GIFTS. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with MINDS, APSM Katong, Gladiolus Place, and the Children's Society, providing 100% subsidized badminton training to less privileged children in our society.

This achievement would not have been possible without the generous sponsorship of our donors: VCF Engineering Pte Ltd, JT Limo, June Jasper, Ian Lo, Kevin Goh, and Weehan. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our amazing volunteers, whose dedication and contributions have been invaluable.
