Celebrating Deepavali at Kingston – A Festival of Light, Culture, and Community!

Recently, we lit up the college with colour, culture, and celebration as we came together to celebrate Deepavali – the Festival of Lights!

Just like Singapore, Kingston is proud to be multicultural, and this was a chance for our students to learn, connect, and have fun with one another’s traditions.

🎨 We got hands-on and creative by colouring clay lamps
📚 Learned the meaning and story behind Deepavali
🍘 And of course… we had to share some traditional treats like muruku (yum!) 😋
