This week’s “Alphabet Adventures” focuses on the exciting letter ‘e’!

Here are some excellent suggestions (if we can say so ourselves!) for engaging and educational activities you can explore with your little one! Our favourite is the Sensory Play…keeping ourselves entertained with excavators!

Let’s begin our first “Alphabet Adventures” sharing with the marvelous letter ‘m’!

Reinforce the learning with a craft that is based on the story book, and immerse your child in hands-on activities, such as Drama and Sensory Play that introduces more vocabulary beginning with ‘m’!

All the amazing animal friends we met when we went “Walking Through the Jungle!” And we learnt the different sounds they make, too!

Yesterday Ann and Lenn read the story “Walking Through the Jungle” and boy, was it a thrilling experience! There were so many wild animals in the story that were following us!

Then, we went walking through another jungle for drama, but not before making a pair of binoculars during craft, to take with us as we went exploring!

"Story O'Clock!" is back!
This time, we'll be reading the story "Walking Through the Jungle", a delightful song-story that invites children to imagine as they are exploring the jungle. We will follow our fearless young friend as he walks, creeps, leaps, and swings through the jungle, as the suspense builds – What will you see? Can you hear a noise?!

Meet the "Story O'Clock!" Team!

Children LOVE stories. Stories are MAGIC.​
Stories transport us from the world we are in,​
to the world within the pages of the book.​
​
With that in mind, "Story O'Clock!" offers children (and parents!) a unique group experience and rich literacy environment, engaging them with music, movement, drama and craft, in addition to introducing them to delightful stories! Sessions are parent-accompanied, allowing parents and children to build relationships and strengthen bonds with each other as they engage in these experiences together.​

Conducted by trained and experienced Early Childhood educators, our storytelling sessions are carefully planned presentations designed to nurture and encourage children's early love of reading - through active participation and immersion in meaningful literary and drama experiences that excite their imagination, stimulate curiosity, and inspire exploration and creative thinking.​
