HOW TO BE POOR 😬

1. Magpanggap kang mayaman.

2. Bumili ka ng hindi mo kailangan.

3. Umutang ka ng P20,000.00 na cellphone
kahit P15,000.00 lang ang sahod mo.

4. Maniwala kang "Money can't buy happiness."

5. Lumipat ka lagi ng trabaho pag nahirapan ka na o napagalitan ka ng boss mo.

6. Magbasa ka ng Bible kahit di ka na kumilos. Tiwala lang sapat na.

7. Wag kang maniwala sa Insurance. Si Cardo nga buhay pa eh.

8. Mag-invest ka sa mga 60% ROI sa loob ng isang buwan. Maniwala kang malaki ang kikitain mo sa pagpapa-aalaga mo ng baboy at manok.

9. Wag kang maniniwala sa mga investment instruments tulad ng Real Estate, Mutual fund, Bonds, Stock Market, at iba pa. Manatili sa 0.25% interest rate ng Savings account habang ang inflation ay 4-5% kada taon.

10. Wag kang matuto o magbasa ng libro. Sila Zuckerberg at Bill Gates nga drop out eh?!

11. Maging YOLO (You Only Live Once). Travel lang kahit utang. Di naman sila nagbabayad non, kaya okay lang yan.

12. Mamuhay sa inggit at galit sa success ng ibang tao.

Akala mo nung malakas ka ok at nagbibigay lang lagi tapos di mo iniisip ang sarili mo.

Darating ang time na yung binibigyan mo ay iba din priority nila at hindi IKAW. Kaya matoto magtabi para sa sarili, sa panahon ngayon dapat wise na. Para di kawawa balang araw.

TANDAAN WALA KA IBANG KAKAMPI KUNDI SARILI MO AT IPON KAPAG WALA KA NG WORK AT MAHINA NA.

Better to plan your future , pay your self first and build your own business to earn more passive income para sa panahon ng pagtanda may susuporta sa pangangailangan mo medical man yan o pinasyal
