🔧 Job Responsibilities:工作职责

Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp) 处理客户咨询（门店、电话、WhatsApp）

Schedule appointments and create job cards 安排预约并开工作单

Coordinate with mechanics to ensure smooth workflow 与技师协调，确保维修流程顺畅

Prepare invoices and handle payments (cash / PayNow / card) 负责开单、收款（现金 / PayNow / 刷卡）

Manage inventory (engine oil, tyres, spare parts, etc.) 管理库存（机油、轮胎、零件等）

Maintain customer records and service history 维护客户资料与维修记录

Support social media replies and basic postings 协助回复社交媒体信息及简单更新

Assist in daily admin and simple reporting 处理日常行政及基础报表工作

✅ Requirements:
Friendly and good communication skills 性格友善，沟通能力良好

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / POS system) 具备基本电脑操作（Excel / 系统）

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 能在快节奏环境中处理多任务

Responsible and well-organized 细心、有责任感、做事有条理

Basic knowledge of motorbikes is an advantage 有摩托车基础知识者优先

Prior admin or customer service experience preferred 有相关行政或客服经验更佳
