Why now?
Because girls are growing up surrounded by constant comparison, pressure, noise, and expectations — and families need spaces where they can reconnect in real life.
This festival is about building community 💛
For girls to feel empowered.
For families to feel supported.
For all of us to remember we’re not meant to navigate this alone.
The challenges girls face today are real — friendship struggles, self-esteem, anxiety, online pressure, identity, belonging… and families are carrying a lot too. 😞
We wanted to create more than just an event.
We wanted to create a space where girls and families can feel supported, connected, and understood 💛💫
A space to learn, laugh, talk openly, and remember we’re better when we show up for each other ✨
Girls today are growing up in a world that moves fast — pressure to fit in, compare, achieve, and figure everything out earlier than ever. And a lot of families are trying to navigate it without a real support system.
This festival was created as a shared space for girls and the people who care about them 💛⚡️💫
A place for honest conversations, connection, encouragement, and reminders that no one has to do this alone.
Because confidence grows stronger in community ✨

To every mother who’s quietly passed down her strength, resilience, and light - this one’s for you. 🤍
The Elevate lightning bolt has always represented inner strength. The kind that doesn’t announce itself, but changes generations through love, encouragement, and presence. So much of that strength begins with mothers.
Seeing it come to life as a necklace with feels incredibly special. A reminder that strength can be worn close, gifted with love, and passed on.
To every mother raising strong daughters while carrying so much herself, Happy Mother’s Day. 🌷⚡️
The Hero Necklace - soon live on NOA’s website!
💬What’s one thing your mum passed down to you that you carry with you every day? Drop it in the comments below. We’d love to hear it.

When a parent tells me their 10-year-old tween is more confident, happier, and finally coming into their own…yeah, this is exactly how I feel 🕺✨
These little-big wins? mean everything to me because behind every message like this is a young girl who’s growing up a little more secure, a little more sure of themselves.
And that’s the goal. Always. 💖⚡️

Watching Olivia Dean live with my daughter last night hit me more than I expected 💛
It honestly felt like such a privilege to be there with her. One of those memories you just know matters.
And beyond the music?
It was the messaging. The energy. The example.
Because what she represents is so important for young girls to see:
💖You can be kind and still be powerful.
💖You can be soft and still take up space.
💖You can be fully yourself and still shine.
No pretending. No performing. No changing to fit in.
That’s why I see her as more than an artist —
she’s an elevated muse for this next generation. ✨
A reminder to girls everywhere:
You don’t need to become someone else to be loved.
You just need to come home to who you already are. 💛
If you watched this carousel thinking of a young girl in your life…
send it to her. She probably needs to hear it more than you think 💫 ⚡️💫

Every exam season, I see the same thing.
Parents and Carers doing everything - revision schedules, past papers, extra classes. And their daughters still walking into exams anxious, overwhelmed, and running on empty.
Here’s what I’ve learned, first as a teacher, then as a mum: a stressed, exhausted brain cannot access what it’s studied. That’s not a mindset problem. That’s neuroscience.
The pre-teen years are one of the most critical windows for brain development. How your daughter sleeps, moves, eats, and feels this season? It doesn’t just affect her mood. It shapes how her brain performs, today and long after the exams are over.
Swipe through, save this, and share it with one parent who needs to hear it today.🩷
And if you want to build these foundations with your daughter beyond this season - my link is in the bio!⚡️

I kept thinking about how confusing these teen years can feel when I was raising my kids. The self-doubt, the pressure, the constant feeling of not being enough and how so many young girls go through it.
And I kept coming back not just to them, but to my own teenage years. How hard they felt at times, and how much of it I had to figure out on my own.
That’s really where ElevateRA began. As a programme I wish existed earlier. A space where girls don’t feel like they have to be perfect to belong. Where they can speak, question, feel, and just be without judgement.
At Elevate, we don’t teach confidence like it’s a performance. We build it slowly, by helping girls trust their own voice. We talk about emotions, not to fix them, but to understand them. We focus on kindness and empathy, not as something to show the world, but something to genuinely feel within. Because these years shape so much of who they become.
And I want them to walk through it feeling supported, understood, and a little less alone, hallelujah!! 💌⚡️💖

If I could sit across from my teenage self, these are the things I’d tell her!!💖
Not how to be better. But how to be kinder to herself. Because confidence, empathy, resilience - they’re not things you “become” one day.
There are things you learn to notice in yourself. And you’ve had them all along.⚡️🫶🏼
