Developers’ sales for the week of 26 May 2025 – 1 Jun 2025 were 60 units

The CCR accounted for 11.7% while the RCR and OCR made up 65% and 23.3%

The respective top-selling projects is Concourse Skyline in the CCR, followed by Nava Grove in the RCR and PARKTOWN Residence in the OCR

The luxury non-landed homes market got off to a fast pace in 1Q 2025

Based on caveats lodged, 72 luxury non-landed units were sold in 1Q 2025, the highest in 2 years

There were 17 transactions valued at $10 million and higher in 1Q 2025, bringing the level of interest back to pre-cooling measures days in 1Q 2023

12 of these $10 million and above transactions were by foreigners and PRs

After the sharp increase in activities in the luxury non-landed homes market in 1Q 2025, the market has settled into a more relaxed pace in 2Q 2025

This is partly due to the tariffs announced by the US in Apr 2025, resulting in opportunistic offers by some buyers but there is little sign of distress in the resale luxury non-landed market at the moment

More luxury non-landed projects may be launched in the coming months
