🎉 Celebration of Excellence & Achievements — Term 4 🎉

As we wrap up Term 4, NVPS came together to celebrate the hard work, passion, and perseverance of our students at our Celebration of Excellence and Achievement! It was a heart-warming morning as we honoured learners who exemplified our school values in academics, character, and co-curricular pursuits.
This celebration reminds us that excellence comes in many forms — effort, creativity, discipline, teamwork, and resilience. We are proud of every student who has given their best this term.

✨ English Language Fiesta 2025 — Read the Words. Live the Magic. ✨

Our NVPS students stepped into a world of imagination during English Language Fiesta (ELF) in Week 8, exploring how their favourite stories come alive on screen! 📚🎬

The excitement peaked on Characters’ Alive Day (7 November), where our corridors were filled with many beloved book-to-movie characters. The creativity and enthusiasm from our students (and teachers too!) truly brought the magic to life. ✨

We hope that this year’s English Language Fiesta has sparked a deeper love for reading and strengthened our students’ appreciation for the English Language. After all… who says learning can’t be magical and fun? 💫📖

What a wonderful morning we had on 10 November! 🎉 We were delighted to welcome our incoming 2026 Primary 1 students and their families to our North View Family.
Our students had an amazing time getting to know their future classmates through engaging activities including big book reading sessions, writing exercises, interactive games, and an exciting school tour. Meanwhile, parents joined Principal Mrs Chua for informative sessions designed to help prepare for this important milestone in their child’s educational journey.
The joy and excitement in the air were truly heartwarming as we look forward to welcoming these bright young minds to our school family! 🌟

🌍 Operation: WorldSAVE 2025 – A Mission for a Sustainable Future! 🌱♻️

Our school embarked on a week-long mission to learn about sustainable living through Operation: WorldSAVE! 🌍💪 From showcasing projects done by pupils throughout the year to engaging in upcycled toys and games, our pupils had an exciting and meaningful time discovering how small actions can make a big difference.
✨Our Primary 6 pupils took the lead in guiding and supporting their peers, fostering cross-level bonding as everyone played and learned together. Pupils showed great curiosity about the materials used in upcycling - many even expressed their eagerness to try making their own creations at home!
Through fun, creativity, and collaboration, our students truly embodied the spirit of sustainability - making, learning, and saving our world, one step at a time. 💚🌎

🎉 AWWA Community Integration Service Awards 2025 🎉

We are proud of our ex-student, Muhammad Ridhwan Bin Mohammad Fadli, who received the Perseverance Award at the AWWA Community Integration Service Awards held on 8 November 2025. 🌟

Ridhwan, who graduated from North View Primary School in 2024, went through a life-changing experience at a young age but continued to display incredible strength and determination. His journey of resilience and courage continues to inspire many.

At the same event, Mdm Noraimye, our Special Education Needs officer, and North View Primary School were also recognised as nominees for the Outstanding Educator Award and Outstanding School Award, respectively — in recognition of their dedicated service and commitment to supporting inclusion in education. 💫

🎨 Intergenerational Learning Programme!

Our Primary 6 students spent a meaningful week bonding with more than 100 active seniors through the Values‐In‐Action: Intergenerational Learning Programme! 💕 Over five days of arts and crafts, they shared stories, laughter, and creativity — bridging generations through learning and care.

Through this experience, our students learnt more about the challenges that the elderly face, which fostered a sense of empathy and compassion in our young ones.

As Singapore moves towards becoming a super‐aged society, we are proud to see our NVPS students growing into kind and caring citizens who will look out for and support our seniors. 👵🏽👴🏻❤️

✨ Deepavali Celebration 2025 – A Festival of Lights and Joy! ✨

Our school shone bright on 29 October as we came together to celebrate the spirit of Deepavali! 🪔💫 The special assembly featured captivating performances — from a vibrant Indian dance and colourful ethnic fashion show to a greeting montage and Deepavali video that showcased the meaning behind the Festival of Lights. 🌸
The celebration continued during recess, where pupils had fun with Henna hand painting and Deepavali wish card making, spreading joy, friendship, and festive cheer throughout the school. 💖

🎓✨ On October 16, our K2 stars took center stage for K2 Celebrates — a vibrant showcase themed Kaleidoscope of Emotions. 🎭💫
From giggles to bravery, each performance radiated pure heart and emotion. 🌈💖
With proud families cheering them on, it was a celebration of growth, expression, and unforgettable moments. 🌟

💜 Purple Parade at NVPS! 💜

In support of the Purple Parade, our students and teachers came together to learn more about kindness and how we can build inclusivity. 🌈✨

Through exciting hands-on activities, the students discovered what it feels like to see the world through different eyes; building empathy and understanding every step of the way! 💪💜

Our school was filled with laughter, cheers, and joyful energy as we celebrated Children’s Day together! 💖

From our energetic P1 and P2 friends conquering fun Playfitter challenges, to our adventurous P3 to P6 students trying out Carnival Games, Inline Skating, Archery and even Water Soccer 💦⚽—every child had something exciting to enjoy!

The day didn’t just stop there! 🥳 Each class also came together for their very own class party with their Form Teachers, making precious memories with friends, games, yummy food, and lots of happy faces. 🍰🎈
