Pioneer Primary School

After 10 sessions of Readers’ Theatre, our Primary 2 students took to the stage on 14 August to celebrate the culmination of their hard work! Performing for their classmates and teachers, they showcased not only their growing confidence and expressive skills, but also the joy and pride that come from seeing their efforts come to life.

Today, our P2 Dance Talent Programme students were so excited to perform at the Tengah CC National Day Celebration! 🎉

It was their first time representing our school and performing for the Tengah community. We are so proud of their confidence, energy and enthusiasm on stage! ❤️

Throwback to our National Day Celebration, 3–7 August!

We kicked off our celebrations with students sharing their love, wishes and pride for Singapore, beautifully captured on our display board.

Throughout the week, our students were invited to Singapore’s Birthday Party, where they took part in engaging recess activities that encouraged them to learn more about inclusivity and embrace the values of Care, Resilience and Innovation.

The highlight of the week was our celebration on 7 August, featuring an RSAF Assembly Sharing, an exciting K9 Demonstration and an energetic P2 Talent Dance Performance. Our P2 students danced along to “Beauty of the Dot”, an original song composed by our very own P6.

As we commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the National Pledge, our students took time to reflect on the significance of the Pledge and how we can live out its values through our everyday actions. Our lower primary students also had a wonderful time playing a game that fostered community spirit and teamwork.
It was a meaningful week filled with pride, joy and learning, as we came together as one school community to celebrate Singapore.

Today, Pioneer celebrated Singapore's 61st Birthday as one united people.
Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond! 🇸🇬 May we continue to do better for Singapore and all Singaporeans, while showing care and concern for one another and our wider community.

🌸 Mother Tongue Fortnight 2026 🌸

What an exciting two weeks of learning and discovery! Our students explored the beauty of their Mother Tongue languages and cultures through a variety of engaging activities, hands-on experiences, and traditional games.

Through these meaningful experiences, they deepened their appreciation for their heritage while learning with joy and confidence.
