Notes:
1) Registrations are REQUIRED for all conference attendees. The password to access live online sessions with Zoom will be emailed to registrants only. During the conference, if the Zoom screen name of an attendee is not in our record, the attendee will be removed from the conference.
2) Only non-author registrations are free.
3) The author registration rates have been updated (see https://icdcs2020.sg/reg.html). IEEE is working on the partial refunding for the author registrations and the full refunding for the existing non-author registrations. The refunding is expected to take some time since it is via checks for registrants in U.S. and wire transfers for registrants in other countries.

Given the latest status of COVID-19, ICDCS'20 organization committee decides to convert the conference to the online format. It is unfortunate that we cannot meet in person in this Nov/Dec, but the health and safety of the conference attendees are our top priority. As the cost for running the virtual conference will decrease compared with the physical conference, we are working on the conference finance and will perform partial refunds to the existing registrations. Detailed information of the refunds and virtual conference will follow shortly.

Due to logistics reason, the conference dates are now changed to Nov 29th - Dec 1st, 2020. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation and confirm that the physical conference will take place by early October.

In consultation with IEEE and ICDCS Steering Committee, ICDCS 2020 organizing committee has decided to postpone the conference to December 2-4, 2020. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation and confirm that the physical conference will take place by early October.
